Off-label and Cancer-related Medications
- Ivermectin, Fenbendazole (FenBen), and Itraconazole: Discontinue for at least 21 days prior to SOT.
- Chemotherapy (Non-Platinum Derivative): Discontinue for at least 14 days.
- Chemotherapy (Platinum Derivative): Discontinue for at least 21 days.
- Monoclonal Antibodies (MOAB) or Small Molecule Weight (SMW) Drugs: Discontinue for at least 14 days.

Other Medical Interventions
- Blood Transfusions: Wait at least 120 days before starting SOT.
- Radiation Therapy: Discontinue for at least 14 days.
- Contrast-enhanced Scans: Wait 14 days after scans with contrast.

Surgery:
- Simple or Routine Surgery: Wait 7-10 days.
- Brain or Extensive Surgery: Minimum 30 days based on recovery time.
- Fever or Infection: Wait 14 days if recent fever is present.
- Local/Concentrated Hyperthermia (e.g., Microwave Ablation): Discontinue for 30 days due to the increase in cellular debris.
- Generalized/Systemic Hyperthermia: No waiting period required.
- Cryoablation: No waiting period required.
- PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Therapy: Wait 7 days.
- Rife Therapy: Wait 7 days.
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: Wait 7 days.

Hormone Suppression Therapy
- Consider the drug's half-life: multiply by 5 to determine the required discontinuation period before SOT.

Permanent Exclusions
- Radioactive Seeds: Patients with radioactive seed implants are permanently ineligible due to prolonged and undetermined radiation exposure.
- Gamma Delta T Cell Therapy (GDTC): Patients who have received GDTC are permanently ineligible for SOT.
