RCCC International Test Descriptions
RCCC Screening test:
Onco-D-clare:
- Onco-D-clare is a cancer screening test based on the interaction of molecular biology with machine learning This screening test can help detect cancer before symptoms appear.
- Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated from blood samples, and gene expression analysis is performed in more than 90 Their expression profile is then used for the classification of the sample as cancerous or healthy.
- The Onco-D-clare test provides individuals with essential information to help them make better-informed decisions about future health and well-being.
- The test is clinically validated and highly accurate (≈93%).
RCCC Baseline and Ïollow-Up Tests:

RCCC Cellular Therapies Order Information
- Cellular Therapy Emails
- Therapy Shipping Confirmation Email
- Because cellular therapies are time sensitive and must be administered within 7 days of shipping from the lab, you will receive a confirmation email a week prior to the shipping date, letting you know the therapy is complete and ready to ship and asking that you confirm that the lab may send it.
- If you do not respond to the email to confirm that the lab may send it out, the therapy will not ship and will be placed in the queue for shipping with the next therapy shipment.
- The therapy will not ship until the lab receives confirmation from you.
- Therapy Shipping Notification Email
- When the therapy is shipped on Thursday, you will receive an email with the tracking number (AWB Number) so you can follow the shipment and know when it will arrive in your office.
- For US based offices, the therapy will be delivered by the end of business Tuesday.
- For Canadian offices, the therapy will be delivered by the end of business Wednesday.
- If the therapy is not delivered within the 8-day administration window, please notify the branch office and lab and a replacement therapy may be sent (Cellular therapies only).
- Therapy Shipping Confirmation Email
- Should we order and send blood for the prerequisite tests and the therapy at the same time?
- To produce the best quality therapies, the lab requires fresh blood and will begin producing the therapy as soon as the sample arrives.
- If you are certain which therapy to order, you can order both the pre-requisites and the therapy at the same time.
- If you DO NOT know which therapy to order and need the prerequisite test results to make that determination, then you will place the therapy order after the results have come back and you will send a fresh sample to the lab.
- If shipping therapy to a different office for administration (collaborating office):
- It is not uncommon for two RCCC offices to collaborate with a single patient when the patient lives at a distance from the primary In these instances, the primary office coordinates with an RCCC registered office geographically closer to the patient for therapy administration.
- When collaborating, the primary office should submit AĮĮ orders for the patient to avoid mistakes and confusion.
- You can notify the lab when responding to the Incoming Samples email that you wish to have the therapy shipped to a different The lab will update the shipping address and send the therapy to the collaborating office. Always CC the branch office into these communications.
- The collaborating office MUST be an RCCC registered office who is adequately trained on therapies and therapy A release of records might be necessary - this is up to the office to determine and execute.
BioCentaur Orders:

Setting Patient Expectations:
- Managing patient expectations is important so everyone is on the same page – this includes the patient, your office, and the RCCC lab and North America Branch Office staff.
- Test turn-around times and when to expect results:
- RCCC requests two weeks from when the blood arrives at the lab for processing of all tests (and 3-4 weeks for ArrayCCH RCCC tests). Please note that processing times are approximate and not absolute.
- Shipping of therapies and timing of therapy administration:
- Ǫ-REstrain have an 8 working day production time and are usually shipped 2-3 weeks from when the blood (and all required documentation) is received at the Please do not schedule therapy administration until you have received notification from the lab that the order has shipped.
- Cellular therapies have a 15 working day production time and are usually shipped 3-4 weeks from when the blood and all other documentation is received at the Please do not schedule therapy administration until you have received notification from the lab that the order has shipped.
Office Best Practices:
-
Track your shipments
- This includes blood specimens going to the lab AND therapies shipments going to your office.
- FedEx and DHĮ are typically very However, there are times when shipments are delayed or lost in transit. Tracking shipments going in both directions ensures that, in the event of any delay, we can get ahead of the issue before it becomes a bigger problem, ultimately avoiding any further delays in patient care.
- If you notice that a blood specimen or therapy is delayed, please reach out to our Customer Relations team ASAP so we can assist in getting the shipment moved along or help you establish the best next steps to take.
- RCCC suggests creating an Order Tracking Sheet, or other system of tracking orders, and including the following information:
- Copy of Incoming Samples email
- Approximate date of test results/therapy shipment
- Copy of Therapies Įist email
- Copy of Integrity Control documents
- Copy of spreadsheet from Therapies Įist email, indicating Therapy IDs and patient information for each shipment
- Don’t schedule therapy administration until you know the therapies have shipped
- AĮWAYS send the Order Confirmation Document with your order - whether this is an order shipped to the lab, or an Add-On Your order cannot be processed without the Order Confirmation Document.
- Network Provider’s Responsibilities:
- Confirming orders – responding to Incoming Samples and shipping emails
- Confirming that Add-On Ǫ-REstrain orders have been received by the lab and are in process
- Tracking shipments (blood specimens and therapies)
- Tracking therapy ID information for when therapies arrive in office
Collaborating Offices
There are circumstances which require two RCCC Network doctors to collaborate on patient care. This may include a patient having their blood draw done at another office or having a therapy administered with another provider. In these instances, it is important for the primary doctor managing the patient’s care to place all orders. This will avoid confusion for office staff and the patient.
- If a collaborating office is performing a blood draw, the primary or ordering office will email a copy of the Order Confirmation form to the collaborating office so they can place it in the box along with the blood sample.
- If a collaborating office is administering a therapy, the primary or ordering office will notify the lab to ship the therapy directly to the collaborating It is the responsibility of the primary or ordering office to forward all notification emails containing information about the therapy’s shipment and expected arrival date to the collaborating office so they can schedule the administration properly.
- If an Ǫ-REstrain is already at the primary office and needs to be transferred to a collaborating office, it must be transferred via courier directly from one office to another to retain the chain of custody and ensure proper handling of the Ǫ-REstrain. An Ǫ-REstrain vial should NEVER be given directly to a (see instructions below)
- This option is not available for cellular therapies.
- RCCC is happy to assist in locating a collaborating doctor, but all collaboration must be coordinated between the two offices directly.
Transferring/Shipping an Ǫ-REstrain to another Office
- When transferring an Ǫ-REstrain to another RCCC registered practice, we highly recommend having the patient complete a Release of Records (ROR) There is usually a line for "Other." This is where you would indicate the transfer of the Ǫ-REstrain. The Ǫ-REstrain should be sent to the other office via courier service (ÏedEx, UPS, etc.).
- NEVER send a therapy directly to the The ROR and courier ensure the chain of custody so all parties can be protected legally and remain confident the therapy was not contaminated in any way due to mishandling.
Cross-Branch Orders
- Definition: Orders placed by a physician located in a different country than the patient, and these countries are under the direction of different branch (ex. Physician is in the US or Canada. The patient is in the UK or Cermany)
- Each branch office functions as an independent entity within the RCCC Network and facilitates orders for physicians in countries within its Cross Branch orders are an exception to this rule.
- Regulations regarding shipping of biological substances varies from country to country. The branch office responsible for each specific country is versed in these regulations and can facilitate proper shipping and handling from the country where the blood sample is being shipped
- The order MUST be placed through the branch office where the patient resides or where the blood is being drawn and shipped The order is NOT placed through the branch where the physician is located.
- You will NOT place these orders in the North American To place a Cross Branch order for a patient in a different country, please follow the instructions below.
● How to Register for other Branch Offices
- Send an email explaining where your office is located and ask for the branch office that handles orders for the country where the patient is located.
- Send the email to office@rgcc-international.com, office@rgcc-genlab.com, and info@rgcc-international-northamerica.com. Please send this email to all 3 addresses.
- You will be given contact information for the branch office you will need to connect with to place the order.
- Since the North America branch portal is the only portal that contains the in-portal payment system, you will need to be given login credentials for the portal used in the rest of the world. The order process within the portal is the same, but kit ordering, and payment are facilitated through the branch.
- Since each branch operates independently, you will follow the guidance they provide to complete your The North America branch will not be able to assist with placing or tracking these orders.
Pricing Policy
- Up-Charging for RCCC related tests and therapies is strictly prohibited.
- All RCCC pricing for tests and therapies is published on the RCCC website and available to patients upon request.
- The prices of tests and therapies are fixed, published, and should not be changed.
- However, that does not prohibit you from charging fees for consultations, blood draws, administrative time, or any other services you may provide in order to administer the test and/or This is standard practice in any office. We do not expect you to provide all of these services without charge. Your time and expertise have value and we support you in billing for them. -
A Įa Carte:

Bundled:
- Present a single price for testing/therapy + additional in-office services necessary for the proper administration of the test and/or therapy.

- Make sure to list all items included in the bundled or package to demonstrate the value of the price being quoted.
-
A Įa Carte:
In both instances, the price of RCCC tests and therapies remains fixed, while you bill for the additional value of the services you provide.
Pricing Policy – Kits/Supplies/Shipping Ïees
- Charging for RCCC related supplies and shipping is strictly prohibited.
- The cost of all testing supplies and shipping fees are included in the price of the tests and therapies, therefore, these supplies are provided to your office at no charge.

- All manual invoices will be sent to your email It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the patient if you wish for the patient to pay directly.
- All invoices are the responsibility of the ordering physician even if the invoice is to be paid by the patient.
- You are, as the registered physician, the RCCC customer, and therefore, responsible for all open or outstanding balances.
- If a patient does not pay the manual invoice, your office will be contacted to make sure the payment is made.
- If the payment remains unpaid beyond 60 days, the registered office will be placed on probation.
- If the payment remains unpaid beyond 90 days, your portal access will be locked, and you will not be able to place additional orders, until the account is brought current.
Probationary Action
RCCC is not like other labs. We require a level of commitment on behalf of the doctor, their staff, and their patient(s). We require certain standards to be consistently met to remain one of our active providers. All providers are given necessary training and ongoing support regarding our processes, tests, and therapies therefore excuses of ignorance are not acceptable.
Should our office receive a formal complaint from a patient or provider, it may be deemed necessary to put the offending office on probation. While this is never our hope, we understand that oversights and mistakes may happen and we view this as an opportunity for growth and an improved relationship between RCCC and the office.
As a reminder, RCCC’s requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- As the registered RCCC provider, you must act in the role of a patient care clinician.
- Someone in your office must be designated as the primary person in charge of ensuring the test requirements are This person must be willing to undergo training with us, this includes if you have a personnel change.
- Patient’s paperwork must be filled out properly in the Mistakes can cause the test sample to be rejected and a cancellation fee to be applied.
- Patients blood specimens must be drawn If you are not drawing at your clinic, it is still your responsibility to ensure that the drawing lab knows how to do it properly. We have written instructions available for reference in the Resources section of the Portal.
- Payment to RCCC for the appropriate test or therapy must be made prior to the blood specimen being sent to the lab for processing.
- We require the clinician to understand how to interpret RCCC test results and to be able to formulate a We offer providers complementary training with one of our doctors in the Clinical Support department. Complaints from patients that they were not explained the results or given a protocol based on their results is not acceptable and can lead to you losing the ability to order our tests and/or therapies.
- You must be certified to offer a specific RCCC Being a RCCC provider does not give you the ability to order therapies without the proper training.
- We require the providers offering RCCC therapies to fully understand and implement the guidelines This includes understanding the contraindications, the pre and post therapy guidelines, proper administration of the therapy, and appropriate follow up care (including any required questionnaires for research purposes). This also includes proper handling of all therapies, following the correct chain of custody when transferring a therapy to another office for administration, and NEVER sending a therapy directly to a patient.
When a provider’s office is placed on probation, they will receive a Probationary Memo outlining the details of the violation, as well as a plan of action to correct the violation. The office will be required to review and acknowledge the Probationary Memo by signing and returning it to our office. A first offense will result in a 90 day probation period, where the provider’s office will be under careful watch by the RCCC North America team. They will also be removed from our referral list. Once the 90 days have concluded, our team will re-evaluate the situation and carefully examine the behavior of the office over the course of the 90 days. At that time, a determination will be made as to whether or not the office can be removed from probation or if additional action is needed. Please reach out to Customer Relations for additional information on the probationary action policy.
Blood Draw Comprehensive Information Pre- and post-blood draw guidelines
The guidelines recommended below were developed over multiple years of research by RCCC. The main purpose of these recommendations is to allow the lab to provide reliable and accurate test results, without being affected by other parameters (eg. transportation).
For virus/Lyme (V. Antagonist) SOT:
The patient must be off AĮĮ antiviral/antibacterial/antiparasitic medications and therapies for 14 days prior to the blood draw. These include antibiotics, antiviral medications, and herbs, as well as IVs like Vitamin C or Ozone.
Note: Detox supplements, such as binders, glutathione, cytokine reducers, etc. will not interfere with the action of the SOT and can be used pre-SOT blood draw.
For cancer tests, cancer therapies, and Immune-frame:
The patient must be off AĮĮ cytotoxic and free radical producing therapies.
For Onco-D-clare test:
The patient must be off all immune suppressive therapies. This includes steroids, anti-rejection medications, phospholipid therapy, various types of Peptides, etc.
If drawing blood for cellular therapies, the patient must be off AĮĮ immune-suppressing therapies as well. See the list below for specific timelines.
Reason: The breakdown of the CTC caused by these therapies creates debris and clouds the field. Removing these therapies prior to the blood draw will allow time for the body to clear the debris, providing the best quality blood sample and ensuring better quality test results and therapy targets.

Remote blood draw instructions
The remote blood draw option is available to patients who live at a distance from their RCCC practitioners. This can help avoid the time and expense of long-distance travel when needing an RCCC blood draw.
The RCCC practitioner will order a blood draw kit and have it drop-shipped to the patient’s address. The patient will need to find a blood draw service in their area to help. The kit is then shipped directly from the patient to the lab, after the blood draw is complete.
Simply follow the steps below:
- Sending a kit to a patient (for North America providers only):
- The in-portal kits-vials order form allows for an alternate shipping address so you can drop-ship a kit directly to the patient (look for the purple bar at the bottom of the order form to edit the shipping address)
