KEY POINTS:

You have circulating tumor cells (CTC count)            per ml of blood.  The origin of the cancer cells is indeterminant.  This is likely because CTCs were identified in the very early stages of cancer, thus providing an opportunity for aggressive, early intervention.

CHEMOTHERAPY (Moderate Sensitivity): these “kill” levels were from six doses of the drug over six consecutive days

NATURAL SUBSTANCES: These “kill and inhibit” levels are from one single dose of the substance—over 15% is a reasonable kill rate.

• Class 1 (killing agents)
• Class 3 (inhibiting agents)

GENERAL

• The test has identified the cancer is sensitive to heat; therefore, sauna therapy can be very effective if done correctly.
• The Test has identified the cancer to be sensitive to insulin; therefore, we must keep the blood sugar as low and stable as possible to starve the tumor.
• Tumor genes involved in tumor growth, tumor suppression, tumor repair, andmulti-resistance were upregulated; therefore, we must rotate treatments.
• A thick protein coat protects this cancer; therefore, we must use high doses of proteolytic enzymes to penetrate the coat and have an effect.
• The test identified the cancer as NOT sensitive to hormones.
• This cancer can create blood supply; therefore, we must block angiogenesis and avoid actions encouraging added circulation.
• This cancer uses Glutathione to its advantage; therefore, glutathione supplementation should be avoided.
• Several active genes make the cancer more aggressive; therefore, we will use SOT to silence those genes.

1. Stop Cancer Progression
   • This cancer is highly insulin-driven, which means we need to keep the blood sugar as low and stable as possible.
     • Glucose Monitor (CGM) to see what is bumping blood sugar.
     • Control blood sugar with diet, Berberine, and possibly Metformin.
   • This cancer is susceptible to heat; therefore, sauna therapy can be very effective if done correctly → Get baseline temperature. You must raise the body temperature to 99-100 degrees and maintain it for at least 30 minutes. You need to get hot, pink, and sweaty. Do this as often as possible to kill cancer cells. NEVER DO LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, OR YOU WILL ENCOURAGE THE CIRCULATION OF TUMOR CELLS. Cooler daily baths or showers are better than hot showers in your case.
   • Follow the Natural Substance Protocol to both kill and inhibit cancer cells.
   • Follow the Procedure Protocol to kill and inhibit cancer cells (EBOO and High Dose IV Vitamin C).
   • IV SOT Therapy every 4 months for 1 year
     • Silence cancer genes
     • Slow replication
     • Support the immune system

SOT therapy is like sending in a customized “trojan horse” that targets only the harmful cells in the body (such as cancer or viruses), leaving the healthy cells alone. • This is a preparation for the SOT blood draw
• You will be scheduled for your blood draw on Day 14 of no protocol
• When you resume, you move into your new protocol
• When the SOT arrives at the clinic, you will receive a call instructing you to hold all non-essential medications, compounds, supplements, and treatments for two weeks before your scheduled SOT IV Infusion.
• Schedule the SOT IV Infusion.

The test identified the following specific tumor gene information.

• MDRI is 45 %. This is related to multi-drug resistance. Therefore, you must rotate your cytotoxins (Class 1 supplements).
• MRP is 55%, which is related to multi-resistance protein. Therefore, high doses of proteolytic enzyme must be used to penetrate the coat.
• LRP is 1 %. This is related to lung cancer and is only positive in primary lung cancers. Therefore, this is a typical result, and no action is needed.
• GENE: GST is 15%. This is related to glutathione utilization. Therefore, glutathione supplementation should be avoided.
• P180 is 0%. This is involved in helping cancer cells survive. This is not active. This is a positive for you.
• PTEN is 15%. This is related to tumor suppression. Therefore, we will use Rosemary to help downregulate this.
• COX2 is 20%. This is related to tumor growth. Therefore, we will use EGCG, Omega, and Rosemary to help downregulate this.
• IGF-r-1 is 40% and IGF-r-2 is 15%. These are related to insulin-like growth factors. Therefore, you must keep your blood sugar very low and even. We will use diet control, a continuous glucose monitor, plus Berberine and Omegas to help regulate.
• EGF is 50%. This is related to tumor growth. Therefore, EGCG will help downregulate this.
• C-erb-B1 is 45%. It activates signaling cascades, so SOT is used to help silence these genes.
• Ras/Raf/MEK/ErK is 30%. This is related to cancer cell proliferation. Therefore, Omega will help downregulate this.

• The hormone markers were negative. Therefore, you are free to use bio-identical hormone therapy if needed.

• Heat Shock Proteins identified the cancer as partially sensitive to hyperthermia. Therefore, raising your body temperature to 100 degrees and staying at temperature for 30 minutes or more can kill these cancer cells.
• CRXCR-4 is 55%. This is related to cancer cell repair and survival. Therefore, Acetyl-L-Carnitine may be helpful for these.
• PARP (1-17) is 50 %. This is a DNA repair-related gene, so SOT is used to help silence these genes.
• All the angiogenesis genes are upregulated. This is relative to forming new blood vessels, which helps the cancer grow. Therefore, we will use ECGC, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Curcumin and Artemisis. It is important to rotate these substances. 
• C-Met is 0% since this is related to migration invasion risk; it is a low risk now.
• 67LR is -50%. This is downregulated, which is beneficial since it reduces proliferation and tumor growth by inducing apoptosis.
• Nm23 is 0%. Its normality is beneficial because it is involved in suppressing metastasis.
• MMP is 55%. This measures high metastatic risk. We must use SOT to help silence this gene.
• P27 is 20%. This is related to the time the cancer rests, meaning it works 80% of the time.
• P53 is 15%. This is related to cell division; therefore, Melatonin may be helpful.
• P16 is 0 %. This is beneficial since it reduces proliferation and tumor growth by inducing apoptosis.
• CDK4/6 is 60%. This is involved in cell cycle regulation and, when dysregulated, increases cancer cell proliferation. We must use SOT to help silence this gene.
