SOT Add on process
For add-on SOT orders, it's a two-step process. First, you place the order through the Portal. Second, you submit the Order Confirmation Document via email to the lab (medical@rgcc-genlab.com) with a cc to Info@rgcc-international-northamerica.com for processing. Once the order has been received by the lab, they will send you a confirmation email to let you know the order is in process.
