The Remote Blood Draw option is available to patients who live at a distance from their RGCC practitioners to avoid the time and expense of long-distance travel when only needing an RGCC blood draw. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Sending a Kit to Your Patient:
   1. The in-portal Kits-Vials order form allows for an alternate shipping address so you can drop-ship a kit directly to the patient.(look for the purple bar at the bottom of the order form)
   2. Simply order a single Isobox, blood draw set, shipping label, and the number of vials needed for the tests/therapies you are ordering.
   3. The warehouse will send the kit directly to your patient’s address.
   4. When all items are ordered, the kit will come complete with blood draw and shipping instructions.
   5. Download the “Remote Blood Draw – Patient Guide” and email it to your patient. This contains step-by- step instructions for them to follow to ensure the blood draw and shipping goes smoothly.
2. Place the Order:
   1. Place and pay for the order in the portal.
   2. Download the Order Confirmation form and email it to your patients so they can place it in the box along with the blood sample.
3. Tracking the Order & Shipment
   1. The patient guide instructs the patient to email the vial numbers and tracking number to your office before shipping the kit to the lab.
   2. Please make sure to save this information so you can follow the shipment to the lab making sure it arrives in a timely manner.
